- Organisation and implementation of 55 seminars, workshops, Inhouse-trainings and online-courses
- promotion of 534 participants from 91 companies
- Cooperation with associations and organisations at home and abroad: chambers of commerce, BVMW / Federal Association of small to medium sized businesses, CERTQUA (DIHK, BDA, ZDH, WK), CWG / Carl Wolff Gesellschaft, Deutsche Gesellschaft und DEHOGA Berlin,
- Implementation, Optimisation and Audit of quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001, environmental management according to DIN EN ISO 14001, HACCP / EU - Hygiene package and MA-AS / OSH.
